Can I have a third party pick up items from your showroom?You can; however, we are not responsible for any damage or theft of item(s).
Return & Exchanges
What is your return policy?• There are deviations in appearance from normal, or incomplete complete set;
• There are mechanical damages on the finished product, identified upon receipt of the order;
• The characteristics differ from those stated in the accompanying documentation.
Refunds will not be made if
• If the defect arose due to the actions of the buyer;
• If the buyer was informed in advance about the existing deficiencies;
• If the warranty has expired.
Study the painting carefully before purchasing. The author’s product cannot be returned.
For an additional fee, you can change the design of the frame if the frame that came with the picture did not suit you.

Can I change or cancel my order?All sales are final. If there is a problem with your order please contact us. There is a restocking fee of 25% plus a pick up fee where applicable.
